SYSTEM code execution via unimpersonated BITS file move

Privilege escalation in Microsoft Windows BITS allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM through a crafted transfer job. The legacy QueryNewJobInterface path lets BITS complete CFile::MoveTempFile with MoveFileEx without client impersonation, so junction and symbolic-link swaps redirect a user-owned DLL into System32. Local code execution is required; an oplock-controlled race leaves the moved file user-writable and enables a SYSTEM service to load it.
