Kernel memory disclosure to local users

Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 contain a kernel information disclosure flaw that allows local users to read sensitive memory. Microsoft states only that the kernel improperly handles objects in memory and has not disclosed the affected code path or exact operation. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and affects confidentiality without reported data modification or service interruption.
