Stack-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise allows remote attackers to execute code through a malicious page or file. The Graph COM object copies user-supplied data into a stack buffer without first validating its length, permitting memory corruption. Exploitation requires the target to visit the page or open the file, and successful code runs in the current process context.
