Denial of service in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and 2019 RD Gateway allows remote attackers to halt the service via crafted RDP requests. Microsoft states that RD Gateway mishandles crafted connection requests but has not disclosed the faulty operation or code locus. An RD Gateway service must be reachable; successful exploitation makes the service stop responding without reported data exposure or modification.
