Information disclosure in Intel Processors allows local users to infer data from evicted L1 cache lines through a side channel. Under specific microarchitectural conditions, a modified L1D line is propagated into an invalid fill buffer, where MDS or TAA sampling exposes its value. Local code can read data written by earlier software or a sibling hyperthread, but cannot choose a target physical address.
