Local privilege escalation via installer default permissions

Incorrect default permissions in the Intel Graphics Drivers installer allow local users to elevate privileges on affected Windows systems. Intel identifies the installer as the affected component but does not disclose which file, directory, or registry object receives overly broad permissions.
