Local privilege escalation
Published Mar 12, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Improper access control in Intel Graphics Drivers before 26.20.100.6912 allows local users to escalate privileges through local access. Intel has not published the affected driver component or the access-control operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires an authenticated local user and grants privileges beyond those assigned to that account without user interaction.
