Remote information disclosure via unchecked little-endian read

Out-of-bounds read in Android 10's media server allows remote attackers to disclose memory through untrusted media data requiring user interaction. ReadLittleEndian in raw_bit_reader.cc reads a requested little-endian value from the media buffer without first ensuring that enough bytes remain. Exploitation requires user interaction but no privileges and can expose media-server memory; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
