Information disclosure in Google Android 10 SettingsProvider allows local users to read protected configuration flags without user interaction. The getAllConfigFlags method returns configuration entries through DeviceConfig.getProperties without enforcing READ_DEVICE_CONFIG. Local code execution is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to reading device configuration flags.
