Out-of-bounds read in Google Cloud Android 10 Framework allows local users to disclose process memory via a crafted resources.arsc file. DynamicRefTable::load multiplies a header-controlled entry count by the entry size, allowing the calculation to wrap and pass an undersized-chunk check before entries are read. Exploitation requires user interaction with the crafted resource file and no additional execution privileges; the reported consequence is local information disclosure only.
