Remote service crash via oversized MP4 stts box

Resource exhaustion in the Android 10 media framework allows remote attackers to crash media processing through a crafted MPEG-4 file. The parseChunk path accepts an oversized stts time-to-sample box because SampleTable applies an insufficient data-size limit. Opening or otherwise processing the malicious file requires user interaction; no execution privileges are needed, and the reported effect is service interruption.
