Local information disclosure via unchecked NCI packet length

Out-of-bounds read in Android 10's NFC System component allows local users to disclose process memory through malformed NCI responses. The NFC receive path dispatches an undersized NCI packet to nci_proc_core_rsp without first establishing that the declared response fields are present. Exploitation requires compromised device firmware running with System privileges; no user interaction is required, and no integrity or availability impact is reported.
