Local privilege escalation via unchecked NFC block count

Out-of-bounds write in Android 10 NFC allows local users to elevate privileges by triggering an oversized Type 3 Tag block list. The rw_t3t_message_set_block_list function serializes block-list entries into a fixed stack buffer without first rejecting a count beyond its capacity. Exploitation requires local code execution but no user interaction, and successful memory corruption grants the privileges of the NFC system component.
