Local information disclosure via unchecked HCI event lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Android 10 Bluetooth HCI event handlers allow local users to disclose memory through malformed HCI events. The three affected btu_hcif.cc handlers consume fixed event fields without first verifying that each received event meets its minimum length. Exploitation requires compromised device firmware and System execution privileges, needs no user interaction, and is limited to information disclosure.
