Local information disclosure via missing bounds check

An out-of-bounds read in Google Cloud Android 10 allows local users with System privileges to disclose information via compromised device firmware. The btm_simple_pair_complete function in btm_sec.cc reads pairing-state data without a required bounds check, allowing an attacker who already controls device firmware execution to access data beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires System execution privileges and no user interaction; the documented consequence is local confidentiality loss rather than modification or service interruption.
