Heap disclosure via unchecked NDEF URI length

Out-of-bounds reading in Google Android 10's NFC NDEF handler allows local users to disclose heap data through crafted NDEF input. The nfa_dm_ndef_find_next_handler function passes a registered handler's name length to memcmp without first ensuring that the NDEF payload contains that many bytes. Exploitation requires compromised device firmware executing with System privileges; no user interaction is required, and the reported impact is heap-data disclosure only.
