Remote code execution via Bluetooth bounds check

An out-of-bounds write in Android 10 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted Bluetooth traffic. The get_element_attr_rsp routine in btif_rc.cc writes beyond a buffer because it omits a bounds check on Bluetooth response data. Exploitation requires the bluetoothtbd daemon configuration; that daemon is not used on typical Android platforms, so affected deployments are uncommon.
