Local information disclosure via uninitialized DRM state

Information disclosure in Android 10's media framework allows local users to receive uninitialized data from the DRM Binder service. In GET_OFFLINE_LICENSE_STATE, BnDrm::onTransact returned the state field through the reply Parcel without initializing it before a failing DRM plug-in call. A low-privileged local user can invoke the Binder transaction without user interaction and receive stale stack data; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
