Information disclosure via reused Wi-Fi certificate identifiers

Improper certificate validation in Android 10 allows remote attackers to disclose information through a man-in-the-middle attack. WifiConfigManager reused certificate key identifiers for saved and suggested enterprise networks, and suggestion removal used an external configuration without the stored certificate alias. Exploitation requires user interaction with an attacker-controlled network; the published impact is information disclosure, not data modification or service interruption.
