Local privilege escalation via incomplete host verification

Incorrect authorization in Android 8.0 through 10 allows local users to make an app the default handler for arbitrary domains. PackageManagerService.verifyIntentFiltersIfNeeded omits hosts from auto-verification when an intent filter also declares a non-web scheme, allowing those hosts to evade normal domain checks. A user-executed malicious app is required, but no further user interaction is needed; exploitation redirects matching domain intents to that app.
