Local privilege escalation via mismatched EXIF writes

Out-of-bounds write in the Android 9 and 10 Media Framework allows local users to gain additional privileges without user interaction. ExifUtils.cpp's setImageHeight and setImageWidth use 32-bit libexif writes for 16-bit ImageLength and ImageWidth entries, corrupting adjacent heap memory. Ordinary local execution access is sufficient to reach the affected camera-service code; successful exploitation elevates privileges within the device.
