Resource exhaustion in Android 10's MPEG4 extractor allows remote attackers to interrupt media processing through a crafted file. The parseTrackFragmentRun function in MPEG4Extractor.cpp fails to validate untrusted track-fragment data before consuming resources. Exploitation requires user interaction, needs no execution privileges, and causes availability loss rather than data access or modification.
