Code execution via Parcel cursor underflow

Out-of-bounds write in Android 10 libbinder allows remote attackers to execute code via a malformed Parcel when IntSan is disabled. Parcel::readCString subtracts mDataPos from mDataSize before confirming that the cursor remains within the buffer, so an invalid cursor wraps the available-length calculation and permits access beyond the Parcel bounds. Exploitation requires IntSan to be disabled, contrary to the default configuration; no additional execution privileges or user interaction are required.
