Local privilege escalation via undersized secure-stop input

Out-of-bounds write in the Media framework in Android 9 and 10 allows local users to elevate privileges via secure-stop input. The ClearKey releaseSecureStops function passed undersized opaque data to sscanf before verifying that the four-byte count field was present. A local malicious application can reach this path without user interaction and execute with the privileges of the affected media process.
