Out-of-bounds write in the FPC Iris TrustZone app on Android kernel builds allows local users with System privileges to escalate access. The get_auth_result function fails to bounds-check an input before writing, allowing data outside the intended buffer to be overwritten. Exploitation requires local System execution privileges and no user interaction; the public bulletin does not identify affected device models.
