Out-of-bounds read in Android 10 Bluetooth inquiry processing allows local users to disclose process memory without user interaction. btm_process_inq_results trusts the reported response count and parses fixed-size inquiry records without confirming that the HCI event contains enough bytes. Exploitation requires local access capable of supplying malformed Bluetooth HCI inquiry results; it reads adjacent memory but does not alter data or interrupt service.
