Local privilege escalation via unbounded interface-name copy

An out-of-bounds write in Android 10 Wi-Fi HAL conversion allows local users with System privileges to elevate access without interaction. Both Wi-Fi Aware data-path conversion functions copy an unbounded HIDL interface name into the fixed-size legacy ndp_iface buffer with strcpy. A local process already running with System privileges can corrupt adjacent memory and gain higher privileges; no user interaction is required.
