SMS impersonation via lock-screen permission bypass

Missing authentication in Android 10's Dialer allows physically proximate attackers to send SMS messages from a locked device. AnswerFragment.smsSelected opens the custom-response dialog without first dismissing the keyguard, so the Dialer accepts message text while the screen remains locked. Exploitation requires an incoming call and user interaction at the device; the bounded consequence is SMS impersonation rather than general code execution.
