Local stack disclosure via uncleared effect UUIDs

Information disclosure in AudioFlinger in Google Cloud Android 10 allows local users to read stack data through a malformed Binder parcel. IAudioFlinger::onTransact reads effect UUID values from the parcel without first clearing their stack structures, then uses partially filled values after a short read. A local low-privileged app can recover residual process memory without user interaction; the published impact is limited to confidentiality.
