Remote information disclosure via undersized NFC response

Out-of-bounds read in Android 8.0, 8.1, 9, and 10 allows remote attackers to disclose memory through crafted NFC tag data. The rw_i93_sm_update_ndef function passes an undersized response buffer to the single-block writer, which reads a full configured ISO 15693 block from it. An unauthenticated attacker must present a crafted ISO 15693 tag within NFC range; no user interaction is required, and the documented impact is limited to information disclosure.
