Remote information disclosure via truncated VP8 frame

Android 8.0 and 8.1 contain an out-of-bounds read in libvpx's vp8_decode_frame that allows remote attackers to disclose memory via crafted VP8 frames. The decoder's disabled-error-correction path overrides length checks for truncated key frames, returning incorrect dimensions that can make callers read beyond the allocated frame. Exploitation requires error correction to be enabled, but no additional privileges or user interaction are required and the impact is information disclosure only.
