Local privilege escalation via stale decrypt pointer

Out-of-bounds write in Android 8.0 through 10 allows local users to elevate privileges through the Media Framework decrypt path. CryptoPlugin::decrypt retains a stale destination base pointer while processing untrusted DRM decryption input, causing a write outside the destination buffer. A malicious local application needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction, and successful memory corruption grants higher local privileges.
