Remote code execution via stale decoder pointers

Use-after-free in the Android Media framework in Android 8.0, 8.1, 9, and 10 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted H.264 media. During decoder reset after a resolution change, ih264d_init_decoder fails to reinitialize dbp_mgr entries, leaving pointers to freed heap memory on error paths. Exploitation requires user interaction with malicious media and runs code in a privileged process without additional execution privileges.
