Local privilege escalation via isolated process reuse

Privilege escalation in Android 8.0 through 10 allows local users to run a system component inside an untrusted app process. ActivityManagerService's getProcessRecordLocked lookup could reuse a matching isolated process for a system-UID component because it did not reject non-core UIDs. A malicious app needs low-privileged local execution but no user interaction; exploitation executes the component in the app's process.
