Denial of service via unbounded ZIP extraction

Resource-consumption denial of service in Python through 3.7.2 allows remote attackers to exhaust resources via a crafted ZIP bomb. ZipFile extraction accepts member data whose actual decompressed length greatly exceeds the size announced in the archive and writes the full output to disk. An application must accept and extract an attacker-supplied archive; successful exploitation can fill storage and interrupt the application or host.
