Unauthenticated camera control via null-value comparison

Authentication bypass in affected Wyze Cam Pan v2, Cam v2, and Cam v3 firmware allows remote attackers to control the cameras. The remote IOCtl handshake authenticates when command 0x2710 is omitted because command 0x2712 compares attacker-supplied null bytes with a stored null value. No credentials or user interaction are required; access permits pan-and-tilt control, recording disablement, and power control, but not live audio or video decryption.
