Session script injection via crafted item lookup URI
Published Jan 3, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in itemlookup.asp in Telos Automated Message Handling System before 4.1.5.5 allows remote attackers to inject JavaScript. The endpoint places attacker-controlled URI input into an AMHS page without neutralizing script content, causing a browser to execute it in the AMHS session. A victim must open the crafted URI; the resulting script is limited to data and actions available within that victim's session.
