Session script execution via unneutralized URI input
Published Jan 3, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in Telos Automated Message Handling System before 4.1.5.5 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted URI. ModalWindowPopup.asp places attacker-controlled URI content into a generated page without neutralizing script-capable input. A user must open the crafted URI in an active AMHS session, where the script runs with that session's web-origin access; no availability impact is reported.
