Browser script execution via unsanitized filenames

Stored XSS in the Vertiv Avocent UMG 4000 4.2.1.19 web interface allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a user's browser. The interface stores an administrator-supplied filename without sanitizing it and renders the name as active content whenever a user opens the affected page. Administrator privileges are required to plant the filename; browsing the page triggers the script, which can collect and exfiltrate sensitive information.
