CVE-2019-9474Network attack vector

Remote information disclosure via unchecked Bluetooth input

Published Mar 15, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Out-of-bounds read in Android 10 Bluetooth allows remote attackers to disclose memory through a crafted Bluetooth transmission. The Bluetooth System component processes attacker-controlled data without a required bounds check and reads past the intended buffer. A physically proximate attacker needs no device privileges or user interaction; public records do not identify the affected parser or exposed data.
