Unauthenticated service crash via fragment timeout mishandling

Denial of service in Flexera FlexNet Publisher lmadmin 11.16.2 allows remote attackers to terminate the process via a crafted message. For command 0x2f, the message reader recursively waits when the fragment flag is set, then treats a minus-one no-message return as success and throws an exception. Unauthenticated network access to lmadmin is sufficient, and exploitation interrupts license administration until the process restarts.
