Ring-0 code execution via unrestricted MSR writes

Privilege escalation in TechPowerUp GPU-Z before 2.23.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary unsigned code in Ring 0. GPU-Z.sys exposes IOCTL 0x8000644C to user-mode callers and fails to block writes to MSRs that select the kernel system-call handler. The driver must already be loaded; otherwise administrative rights are required to load it before overwriting the handler.
