Privilege escalation in Moo0 System Monitor 1.83 allows local users to execute unsigned code in Ring 0 through the bundled driver. WinRing0x64.sys exposes the wrmsr instruction through IOCTL 0x9C402088 without filtering the target MSR, enabling writes to the system call handler. Exploitation requires the driver to be loaded; otherwise, administrative rights are required to load it, and successful exploitation grants kernel-level execution.
