Protected-file modification via permissive folder access

Improper authentication in EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2017 releases allows local users to modify or delete protected product files. A product folder grants low-privilege operating-system accounts insufficiently restricted access to database, setting, and certificate files. Exploitation requires local file-system access and can corrupt operational data, configuration, or certificate material.
