Code execution via TIFF strip-buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 19.5.0 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a crafted TIFF file. TIF_read_stripdata derives its write-loop bound from attacker-controlled ImageWidth and BitsPerSample tags, then stores decoded bits past the dynamically allocated destination buffer. The file must use no compression and planar configuration 2 and must be processed by an application that embeds the affected Windows library.
