Service crash via unbounded XML state formatting

Stack buffer overflow in iocheckd in WAGO PFC200 Firmware 03.02.02(14) allows local users to crash the service via a crafted XML cache file. The service formats the globally writable /tmp/iocheckCache.xml state node into a 512-byte stack buffer with unbounded sprintf, then strcpy reads past its missing terminator and faults. A local user must first place the file and send BC_SaveParameter; the resulting service interruption blocks factory restore and network-parameter changes.
