Root command execution via unsanitized NTP cache values

OS command injection in WAGO PFC200 firmware 03.02.02(14) allows local users to execute arbitrary commands as root through I/O-Check. The ntp XML value is inserted with sprintf() into a config_sntp command without validation, then passed to system() by root-running iocheckd. Exploitation requires control of /tmp/iocheckCache.xml and a port 6626 save message; successful injection grants root command execution on the controller.
