Web authentication bypass via hostname trust comparison

Authentication bypass in Moxa AWK-3131A firmware 1.13 allows remote authenticated users to access protected web pages. The iw_webs local-client check compares the requester's IP address with the configured device hostname and treats a match as device-originated traffic without further verification. An attacker must first use authenticated SNMP write access to set the hostname to an attacker-controlled IP address; subsequent requests from that address receive unrestricted web access.
