Cleartext transmission in WAGO e!COCKPIT 1.5.1.1 allows attackers with network access to read sensitive device communications. The network communication layer sends all traffic unencrypted between e!COCKPIT, the local GatewayService, and remote PLCs. A position on either path exposes passwords, configurations, and transferred binaries in cleartext.
