Unauthenticated code execution via fixed-size heap copy

Heap buffer overflow in WAGO PFC100 and PFC200 firmware allows remote attackers to execute code through unauthenticated I/O-Check packets. ReadPCBManuNum copies the attacker-controlled WAGONRSTR EEPROM value with strcpy into a 40-byte heap allocation without checking its length. No credentials or user interaction are required; affected builds are PFC100 03.00.39(12) and PFC200 03.00.39(12) and 03.01.07(13).
